You can also download an electronic receipt from your My Page.

Please use the "transfer details" or "withdrawal details" issued by the financial institution at the time of transfer as a receipt.
*In either case, electronic receipts may not be recognized as official receipts under tax law. Please check with your accountant or tax accountant if necessary.

An error may occur if the security code is not entered or is entered incorrectly.
The security code is a 3 or 4 digit number printed on the signature panel on the back of your card. Please check it again.

•Emails from @bipro.jp are blocked by domain-specific receiving settings. •They are automatically sorted into the spam folder.
Please review your email settings and check your spam folder.
A. Normally, we ship within 1 to 3 business days after confirming your order (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays, summer holidays, and the New Year holidays).
Depending on the product, it may take some time, and we will contact you separately if the product is out of stock, out of stock at the manufacturer, or discontinued.
