A. We do not ship on the same day. The earliest shipping date is the next business day.

The first email will be an "Order Confirmation" email that will be sent to you immediately after placing your order .
The second email will be a "Shipping Information Notification" email that will be sent to you once your order has been shipped .

A. Click the person icon in the top right corner of the screen to go to your My Account page and select the relevant order number (e.g. #0000, #bipro0000). You can obtain a receipt by clicking the [Print receipt/Save as PDF] button displayed at the top of the order details screen.
A. We do not enclose a delivery note in order to protect personal information and resources.
