EXOMERE instructor seminar held!

The EXOMERE Instructor Seminar was held over two days, Monday, August 4th and Tuesday, August 5th!

This seminar will be held at future EXOMERE introduction seminars held nationwide and overseas.
This is a special seminar to select people who will become professional instructors .
Approximately 20 people from all over the country participated in the event, aiming to become instructors .

And what's more, the chairman from the Korean headquarters made a special visit to Japan!
During the lecturer seminar in Japan, he personally shared his theory, encouragement, and passionate messages .

Start with a lecture by the chairman!

Chairman Lim Sang-sook, founder of EXOMERE , visited Japan!
A beauty expert who has been leading K-BEATY for over 30 years.
The chairman himself gave us a detailed lecture on the EXOMERE brand, skin theory, and even explained each product.

There was also talk about sales talk and mindset, such as "How can we sell effectively to customers?" and "How can we convey the benefits of our products to customers?"
Many of the participants were salon owners who run their own salons, so it was likely a very fruitful experience for them.

Practical exam

After the lecture by the chairman, the practical exam began.
Unlike regular seminars, there was a bit of tension, but everyone remained calm and participated.

The chairman observed everyone's treatments, and not only judged them but also offered advice, which I think helped to further solidify the skills. After the treatment, everyone was so impressed with their newly reborn skin that they forgot about the exam!

The presentation

Next up, it's time for the presentation!
Each participant was given about 10 minutes to give a free speech about " EXOMERE ."
Of course, this is also a program eligible for certification exams.
Some participants had even created their own materials and videos, and it was clear to see everyone's enthusiasm for EXOMERE.

The question is whether it will pass or fail...

Thank you for your hard work at the instructor seminar, which took place over two days.
Not only were the lectures very fulfilling, but everyone also ate together at the hotel and continued to socialize after the lectures, making this a lecturer seminar that really strengthened the bonds between participants.
In the final part of the last day, the chairman gave a summary and announced the successful candidates.
